No price is too high for the happiest day of your life, right? No? What if someone else is picking up the tab?
In Touch Weekly has all the details on the wedding, and they noted that Kandi wore five-inch mesh Christian Louboutin Body Strass crystal-studded stilettos worth $1,195. Yep, that’s just the shoes. Their seven-tier key lime, vanilla and chocolate cake was said to cost $2,500. Kandi’s wedding dress, a custom-made Reco Chappele gown, was worth $20,000.
After sharing more scoop from the big event, In Touch’s story summed it in with this paragraph: "In the end, the $400,000 bash was worth every penny. 'Everyone had such a good time,' Kandi says of the event, which will air on Bravo. 'Todd is the man of my dreams and the one I know I'm supposed to be with for the rest of my life. I'm so excited for our future together.'"
Aww. They’d better spend their lives together after $400,000 was dropped on the wedding! Here’s the question, though: Who paid? We know Kandi isn’t hurting for money. (Mama Joyce knows that too, and she knows that Todd knows…) But did Kandi and Todd drop the coins or did Bravo pick up the full tab, since this will air in a Bravo special?
What do you think of $400K for a wedding. Too much? Just fine? Should they have pushed for even more crystals on the shoes?
