More Details on Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker’s Wedding: They Didn’t Sign a Prenup?

To prenup or not to prenup, that is the question when it comes to the Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker.

They got married on April 4, and Mama Joyce even gave a toast at the wedding. Kandi and Todd are now happily The Tuckers. However, all was not well behind the scenes.

"Joyce and Kandi got into a fight just before the wedding,” a source told E! News. “Joyce is upset that Todd would not agree to sign the prenup. The couple got married without one, which led Joyce to believe her suspicions all along: he just wants Kandi for her money."

No prenup? If that's the case, we could kinda understand Mama Joyce's anger. If Todd wanted to prove once and for all that he wasn’t an “opportunist” looking for Kandi’s coins, the easiest thing would be to just sign. But Joyce previously told toofab she thought Todd did sign a prenup.

She admitted she was upset with Todd before the wedding, saying he missed the rehearsal dinner because he didn’t want to sign the prenup. “His mom said she didn't see no reason for him to have to sign because they were in love,” Joyce said. “He was the one who didn't have a damn thing, but that's another story. But from what I understand, he did sign."

So which is it? Sign or no sign? Kandi and Todd’s wedding will air in a Bravo special, so we may see all of this play out on screen, including the prenup resolution. If not, maybe the couple will keep it private, since Kandi’s money — and whatever happens to it — is ultimately her business.

Do you think Todd signed a prenup? If he didn’t, would that lead you distrust him or does it not hold that much meaning to you?
