Kim Kardashian’s Rep Says Versailles Wedding Plan Rumors Are “Absolutely False” — New Details!
After reports surfaced yesterday that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were planning a budget-free wedding at the Palace of Versailles in France, no one was too surprised. After all, the decadent palace housed Louis XIV, who was known for an opulent lifestyle and a belief in his own godliness — kind of like someone else we know.
But as it turns out, Kimye won’t be channelling French royalty anytime soon. Kim’s rep now tells E! News that the reports of a Versailles wedding are “absolutely false.”
“They haven’t even decided on a location yet,” the rep said, noting that the couple hasn’t settled on a date or hired a wedding planner yet.
So the reality star diva and her rap mogul beau won’t be getting married at the Palace of Versailles, that doesn’t mean the wedding won’t be a budget-free spectacle.
“It’s going to be huge,” one insider said. “It’s going to be the size of the capital. There won’t be anything small about it.”
Given that Kanye has been put in charge of the wedding planning, we have a feeling the ceremony won’t exactly go the way of tasteful and modest — the rapper has already promised fighter jets, after all.
What do you think of Kim and Kanye’s wedding plans so far? Should Kimye get married in a palace?
