Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Pursue Lawsuit Against YouTube Founder Chad Hurley
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are furious about their engagement video leaking, and they’re not about to take the affront sitting down!
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and her rapper fiance launched a lawsuit against YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley following his alleged leak of the super-private (read: already scheduled for a future episode of KUWTK) footage of Kanye’s proposal to Kim at San Francisco’s AT&T Park baseball stadium.
According to RadarOnline.com, Kim and Kanye are adamant about seeing their day in court, especially in light of Chad’s recent motion to have a judge dismiss the case.
Kim and Kanye have claimed that not only was Chad supposed to maintain confidentiality about the event — just like all of their other NDA agreement-signing party guests — he wasn’t even on their guest list to begin with!
While it seems as though the case is already pretty cut-and-dry (those non-disclosure agreements require a signature for a reason!), Kim and Kanye want to make it very clear to Chad that nobody messes with their money, noting that they “generally object to the entirety” of the case his lawyers are trying to argue. The case is still awaiting a trial date.
Do you think Kim and Kanye should be pursuing the lawsuit with Chad, or should they let it go?
