Kourtney mentioned that at some point her life was so hectic having to run around chasing her kids all day that she barely had time to properly exercise. But she said that all the activity with the kids definitely helped her stay in shape.

Repetition is key when you’re trying to achieve something with your body — 10 to 15 reps of each exercise is ideal.

Kim does the Gunnar Peterson technique to keep her butt super bootylicious. It includes wide squats, lunges, and mountain climbers. Do every exercise for 10 to 12 reps, and repeat the circuit two to three times.

Wide squats are great to get a perfect booty. That’s because the wide stance takes some weight off of the hamstrings and puts it on the butt.

It’s easy to try to use the same sneakers for any type of workout, but that’s not how it’s supposed to be. There are special sneakers for a reason!

Your feet, legs, spine, and body do not need the same support when you’re running as they do when you’re lifting weights.
