Khloe Kardashian is flaunting a sexy, slimmer body these days, and she says she didn't have to kill herself to get thin.


The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star told E! News at the launch of HPNOTIQ's Glam Louder Program and Bling it On! Contest, "I've been on a workout kick and even if it's not necessarily to lose weight, I just think what it does for my mind, it makes me feel like I've released so much stress. And I do think that makes me then feel like I'm ready to take on the world today."

But the 28-year-old says it has been a lifestyle change, not a crazy race to get into bikini body shape for the summer. "I've been trying to have a lifestyle change and just work out consistently and try to make that a way of my life."

Now that she has lost a little weight, Khloe says she needs to work on toning up what she has lost.

"I was just saying in the elevator, what do I do about my f--king arms because they're loose as a goose and it f--ks with my brain. I don't like that they wave back at you ... so now I'm toning and working on how to do that. So, I'm not ready for summer yet."

And what has the reality TV star been doing with her diet recently? 

"Well I can't stop drinking. I love to drink. I need that for my sanity. For eating, honestly, I love food and I feel like that's family time, it revolves around food," she continued. "I'm just more aware of what I'm eating. But I won't deprive myself because I used to be on diets and I'd never last and so I just try to be more aware of what I'm eating and just in moderation."

Khloe's last piece of advice? "I would rather work out four hours and eat a piece of cake. That's more worth it to me."
