UPDATE: Don’t rearrange your weekday afternoons quite yet. Us Weekly reports that Kris Jenner’s talk show, Kris, is NOT canceled. "It's way too early for that decision to have been made,” said a source Us Weekly says is close to Kris. "And on top of that, FOX likes the show.” The Wrap is reporting similar claims with a Fox representative telling the site, "It's too early to make a decision.

As for what Kris has to say, shes staying quiet though the show's Twitter account sent this message: "Rumors flying are false but glad everyone is still buzzing about our 6 week summer run!!!!” Using that many exclamation points has to mean it's true, right?

Even Yeezus couldn’t save her. After a six-week run on test channels around the country, Kris Jenner’s talk show, Kris, will not be picked up by Fox, reports Radar Online.

“There is no chance the talk show is going to get a green light from Fox,” the site says. “The ratings were averaging an abysmal 0.8 and advertisers were less than enthusiastic about it.” Hate to say we told you so, Kris.

There was a spike of interest last week when Kanye West was strong-armed into gladly agreed to appear on his baby mama’s mama’s show. He even brought along the first public photo of daughter North West, which blew up the internet for most of Friday, but it just wasn’t enough to save dear ole Grandmama.

To salt the wound a little more, the show that’s being picked up instead stars Rob Kardashian’s ex-girlfriend Adrienne Bailon who frequently mines her relationship with the family for some must-watch clips.

Still, we have to give Krissy Kris credit. She pulled out all kinds of wine-soaked, alligator-wrasslingfake baby-holding punches to get her talk show off the ground and for a while there her ratings weren’t so “abysmal.” Guess she’ll just have to settle with retaining her role as the momager to end all momagers.

Don’t expect to hear Kris admit defeat for at least a couple of weeks, though. Radar Online speculates the delay will be out of respect for the current firestorm centering on daughter Khloe and her husband Lamar Odom. Mmm yeah, okay.

Kris's ratings were pretty decent right out of the gate, so it does seem unlikely that FOX would give her the axe right away — although the data was only for the show's test markets in Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, and Philadelphia.

Granted, her show premiered July 15, when everyone was still ambling to see pictures of baby North (or really any baby news at all), and it seemed like the perfect distribution platform for controlled Kardashian news releases. Kim can't just have another baby each year to keep mama's ratings up!

As long as the Kardashians are famous, though, it seems Kris has a market. A Kris-controlled talk show to compliment the chaotic reality show environment? Even though guests aren't all necessarily from Kris's world, it's kind of like the Kardashian's version of The Talking Dead!

We'd worry more about Kris if interest in the Kardashians themselves were diminishing at all, but here's the thing: It's not. Even in Season 8, ratings continue to be strong — even getting stronger.

All empires must fall someday, though, and it seems like the lifeblood of the family fame, Kim, is spending a little more time out of the spotlight than usual. Although Kris's fame may carry her show to a second season, she might want to start thinking about what else she wants to do. Kris's talk show did especially well in L.A., so maybe if all else fails, she could go public access! (We kid. Although that would be amazing!)
