It looks like Kris Jenner has found the perfect solution to keep Keeping Up with the Kardashians is from getting the axe from E! after yet another season of disappointing viewership: play up the personal drama.
While Kim and Kourtney have both settled into motherhood, Kris has plenty of new storylines to write, with Khloe and Lamar Odom at odds over his alleged drug use and affairs, and her own recent announcement that she’s separating from husband Bruce Jenner.
Although Kris and Bruce have already been living apart for some time now, with Kris holding court in the couple’s Hidden Hills mansion and Bruce laying low with daughters Kendall and Kylie in Malibu, the show will continue to film their new arrangement, however it ends up.
HollywoodLife reports that on Monday, just one day before the couple made their big announcement, Bruce spent the day shooting scenes with Kendall and Kylie on a golf course without his wife nearby.
The couple, who claims their split is pretty low-drama, and has given all the requisite “I still love and respect him/her” statements to the press already, will reportedly reunite for various events — births, weddings, interventions, and the like.
Despite their separation announcement, the pair have released no plans to divorce yet.
Do you think Bruce and Kris’ separation drama will make for good TV, or is it too tacky to air?
