Being a member of the famous Kardashian family has a lot of perks. For 16-year-old Kylie Jenner and her 17-year-old sister, Kendall Jenner, it means you might even be able to get into a Hollywood nightclub. (Even though those places are typically reserved for people over the age of 21. You know, because it’s the law, and all...)

Kendall and Kylie were photographed joining older sister Khloe Kardashian and brother-in-law Scott Disick at Vignette Lounge in West Hollywood on October 15. But neither girl is 21, so does that mean they both entered the club illegally?

TMZ reports that minors are allowed into the club if they are employed as a musician. Even then, however, the musician needs to be at least 18 years old, and Kendall and Kylie are younger than that.

What’s more, the club features Wax Rabbit on Tuesday nights, which is described as "a new, voyeuristic, hip hop and nudity nightclub experience." Topless dancers are often involved.

TMZ says they contacted an official for the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, who tells them that it appears Kendall and Kylie broke the low, and that they could have been cited if they had been caught in the act. The official adds that his department may launch an investigation.
