This season, the sound of an angel will be heard throughout the Kardashian’s annual holiday episode, “The Kardashians: A Very Merry Christmas.” But don’t worry, no one in the family’s taking up singing (although we do love the idea of a Kardashian family band!). Instead, they’re relying on the vocal chords of a one of the most successful holiday hit-makers in the business.

Her name is Elizabeth Chan and she’s a former media executive who’s now following her passion for music. One of the busiest holiday songwriters around, she’s already penned over 300 Christmas tunes and been nominated for several awards. But that’s nothing compared to the exposure she’s about to get thanks to the Kim & Co. Wetpaint Entertainment can exclusively report that a whopping nine songs from her latest album, Everyday Holidays, will be used on the heavily watched family special.

The good news for all of us? We won’t have to wait 'til the show airs to hear it; the album is currently available online now.

As for what else the episode has in store, it doesn’t look like Bruce and Kris Jenner’s recent separation will affect the family’s holiday. In the preview, he’s seen entering the room singing a loud rendition of “Jingle Bells.” Will he give Elizabeth a run for her money in the vocal department? We’ll have to tune in to see!

“The Kardashians: A Very Merry Christmas” will air Dec. 1 at 8:30 pm on E!
