More tragic news for Scott Disick and his family. The reality star’s father, Jeffrey, passed away on Friday, only two months after the death of of Scott’s mother, 63-year-old Bonnie, in late October.

While Bonnie reportedly died after a long illness, Jeffrey’s cause of death has not yet been revealed. The real estate developer was in Los Angeles at the time of his passing, however.

“The whole family is so devastated and Scott is beside himself,” a source told E! News. “Scott is an only child with no remaining family.”

Both Bonnie and Jeffrey lived in Eastport, New York on Long Island, where Scott grew up and lived before he moved to California and met girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian. While neither parent was featured prominently on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the couple does appear on an episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York in which Kourtney, Scott, Mason, and Khloe visit the Hamptons for some family bonding time.

We can only imagine how Scott, who has not yet publicly acknowledged the tragic news, is dealing with the loss of his second parent. The reality star was reportedly in pieces following Bonnie’s death and kept her funeral intimate.

“It was a small affair. There was just a handful of people,” a source told RadarOnline.com of Bonnie’s funeral a few months ago. “No other Kardashian beyond Kourtney attended. But the entire family is saddened with the news of Bonnie’s passing. They loved her so much.”
