The Kardashian girls have never been shy about their fierce loyalty for family, and now they’re willing to prove that their opinions hold up in court.
Kris Jenner’s kids, who are currently embroiled in a legal battle with their late father’s widow, Ellen Kardashian, are requesting $500,000 in damages stemming from Ellen’s alleged sale of private family photos and diaries to tabloids. While Ellen has fired back with a countersuit of her own, claiming that the Kardashians harassed and defamed her, Kim’s deposition paints a clear picture of how the family really feels about their dad’s ex.
In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Kim refers to Ellen as a “slippery snake,” intent on bringing down the Little Family That Could. Kim went on to say, “I dislike her … I don’t agree with her decisions as of late. And I didn’t agree with her decisions when she wouldn’t give us back property or ever since she married my father,” adding, “I feel like there was an agenda there.”
Khloe voiced a similar opinion of Ellen, saying that the family had been in agreement at the time of Ellen and Robert’s wedding that the couple should not walk down the aisle together. Regarding Ellen’s distribution of their personal information to the media a decade after Robert’s death, Khloe admitted, “I don’t understand the timing of it.”
“I thought it was very calculated and cold thing to do,” she added. “It’s our father, like let him rest in peace. Like that’s not respect in my opinion.”
