Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner might not be the first names you would think of to be involved in a music awards show, given that they, y'know, don't actually sing or play music. But that doesn't seem to matter, as the two have been chosen to host a high-profile awards show.
The two sisters will host the 25th-annual MuchMusic Video Awards on June 15 in Toronto. The awards are presented by Canadian music video channel MuchMusic to the year's best music videos.
The show will be quite the star-studded event, with such music biggies as Lorde and Imagine Dragons already slated to perform. More performers and presenters will be announced closer to the ceremony. Last year's show was hosted by "Gangnam Style" singer Psy, with last year's performers including Demi Lovato, Ed Sheeran, and Avril Lavigne.
We think Kendall and Kylie are the perfect choices to host this show, since they clearly love music. Plus, they are definitely style icons and have great personalities. This is an exciting time for Kendall and Kylie, as they will be heading to Europe soon to celebrate at Kim Kardashian's wedding to Kanye West on May 24.
Do you think they'll make good hosts? Let us know in the comments!
