Rob Kardashian is going to be dropping the pounds soon.

E! News spoke exclusively with Rob’s trainer Gunnar Peterson about the workout routines the 27-year-old reality star will be undertaking and his dedication to losing the weight.

“He’s such a good guy,” Gunnar said to E! News. “Rob was a solid basketball player, a serious runner and he’s a serious athlete. It’s when life gets in the way, that’s what makes it hard to get to the gym.”

But, just like everyone else, sometimes a busy schedule can get in the way of Rob’s workouts.

“If it was Rob on his own, he’d be in every day,” Gunnar said. “[But] he’s pitching shows, he’s on a show, he has his sock line and other business ventures...People forget. They think these people are walking around just being celebrities. He has a sock line, he has shows in progress, he has a lot of things going on. A lot.”

"Here's a guy fighting paparazzi getting in and out of the gym. This guy is fighting through human walls, to get to the gym. A lot of people have blown off workouts with a lot less obstacles,” he continued.

Good for Rob. We’re glad he’s taking the steps needed to get health again!
