Behind every great empire, there’s a great woman.

The Kardashian brand may have been largely built on Kim Kardashian’s back (and her infamous sex tape), but we can thank Kris Jenner’s business savvy for the family’s meteoric rise to fame.

Today, the momager and mother of six turns 57 years young. To honor our favorite reality matriarch, here are five of Kris’s craziest — and most un-mom-like — moments over the past year:

Holy Nip Slip, Wonder Woman!
On Halloween, Kris slipped into a super-sexy Wonder Woman costume befit for a woman half her age. But the racy outfit shared more of her fabulous figure than she bargained for! Even daughter Khloe pointed out the wardrobe malfunction via twitter, writing, “Hi nips. That’s my mom.” Let’s just say we’re glad our moms don’t dress up for Halloween anymore.

Adult-Onset Potty Mouth
Kris has always been one to speak her mind, but when youngest daughter Kylie Jenner poked fun at her mom's choice in iPhone color, the momager told the 15-year-old to “shut the f**k up.” She must have been in quite the mood!

Itsy Bitsy Red Bikini
We’ll admit, if we look half as good as Kris does when we’re in our 50s, we’ll die happy! Back in September, she graced the cover of Australian mag New Idea in nothing but a tiny red bikini and a black sarong. Bruce must be one happy fella!

Hola, Kris’s Cleavage!
Kris loves to prove she can still hang with her daughters, and things got a bit out of hand when she joined Khloe and friend Nicole Richie for a Mexican dinner with bottomless margaritas. In no time, the momager tweeted a revealing photo of her ample cleavage with the message, “TWITTER OR TITTER??” Ha, we get it.

What Happens in the Bedroom Should Stay There
We’re all for having honest conversations about sex, but Kris shared a bit more than we were ready for when she appeared on afternoon talk show The Doctors to promote Zestra, an “essential arousal oil” that she apparently uses to spice things up in the boudoir. Yeesh!
