Despite having a hard time adjusting to their new home in Dallas, it seems reality sweethearts Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom don’t want to leave the Lone Star State — or do they?
Hot on the heels of news that Lamar is parting ways with the Dallas Mavericks, Khloe took to Twitter to express her disappointment in leaving the Big D, but it seems some fans are convinced her words were an attack on Lamar’s team.
While Lamar is calling this decision a “mutual” agreement and said in his statement he doesn’t blame the Mavericks, some sources have said that Lamar was actually fired from his new team.
Khloe’s tweets do leave a little room for the imagination.
"You deserve so much better," the reality starlet tweeted today. "Know your worth and know your skills that have been proven and earned!"
"You showed your strength, I love you," she added.
But after receiving lots of negative backlash, the reality star insisted she only intended her words to be a sweet tweet, most likely aimed at her husband.
"[People] want to assume they know. My last tweet was for me and not for anyone else. I always send out encouraging tweets but today I get backlash? Odd," she writes.
After only four months, it feels like Lamar, 32, and Khloe, 27 are leaving the Lone Star state as quickly as they came. The outspoken Kardashian sister is currently in her hometown filming an episode of Ellen, but will return to Dallas shortly to box up their life and head back home. And if Khloe really didn’t think Lamar was treated well by his team, we doubt she would have tweeted this: “I love Dallas :("
