Kim Kardashian’s divorce trial certainly doesn’t seem to be going in her ex’s favor... at all. Not only is the judge reportedly upset with him, but Kris Humphries just got his request to see Kim’s private emails totally rejected.
On April 12, Kris skipped a mandatory settlement hearing, and rumor has it that the judge was “furious” at the NYC-based pro baller for “wasting everyone’s time” and seemingly “mocking” the court system.
Now TMZ reports that a judge is blocking Kris’s request to see various emails Kim sent on closed accounts. K.Hump’s motion is set to go before a judge on May 2, but here’s where the math doesn’t work out. Even if the judge grants Kris’s request, Kim will have 10 days to turn over the emails. The divorce trial starts on May 6, which means it will likely be over by the time Kris ever gets his hands them.
On April 15, Kris’s lawyer attempted to convince the judge to hear his request now, instead of waiting. The judge said no, effectively barring Kris from being able to see the emails in time. It looks like he’ll just have to build his case without them.
