Expect to see and hear a lot about Kim Kardashian's pregnancy in the next several months. There's no avoiding it. According to TMZ, Kim is fine about sharing that part of the journey with reality TV cameras (they even claim she said being "pregnant is great and cute"). But when the baby is born, expect a bit more secrecy.

TMZ's sources say Kim and Kanye West want to keep their baby separate from Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Kim supposedly said the baby will never be on the show, which means no big birthing special, no spinoff, etc. They want the baby to have privacy.

We'll see if that stays the case, but it would certainly mark a change for this family. And the E! honchos will probably do whatever they can to change Kim's mind — ($$$) — assuming these sources are correct about how Kim feels. Maybe impending motherhood has shifted her priorities. Maybe she has learned to keep some things private, after her very public (and very short) wedding to Kris Humphries.

What do you think? Do you want to place bets now — baby or no baby on the TV show?
