Kim Kardashian has decided to do something about the $100,000 worth of wedding gifts she received back in August when she famously wed her husband of 72 days, NBA player Kris Humphries.

In a thank-you note to her wedding guests obtained by TMZ, the reality princess detailed her plans to donate to charity double the amount she and the ex-Mr. Kardashian received in wedding loot. The letter reads: "I would like to thank you for your generous and thoughtful wedding gift. It has taken me some time to pull everything together but I wanted to let you know that the money for every gift received by me at my wedding has been donated to the Dream Foundation.”

A source close to the Kardashians confirms the 31-year-old divorcée-to-be cut a check to the Dream Foundation for two times the value of her swanky presents. The Dream Foundation, founded in 1993, is likened to the Make-a-Wish Foundation, but works to grants wishes for adults with terminal illnesses, from paying off debts to funding tropical vacations.

Even though Kim chose a worthy cause, her former groom still isn’t satisfied with her decision. According to sources, Kris thinks his ex should also return everything to the people who originally bought them. Given that they did spend their hard-earned money on things like an $880 salad spoon, a $380 jam jar, and a $225 vase, we can see his point.

According to Kim's best friend, Jonathan Cheban, however, Kris hasn't been in a rush to return any of his gifts. The publicist told TMZ that he did his and hers prezzies for the newlyweds, so Kris got his own $5,000 Yves Saint Laurent gift card out of the deal. For all his hemming and hawing about Kim's actions, Jonathan claims that Kris hasn't given it back. Looks like someone needs to put his money where his mouth is.

If we had been their guests, we'd say they could keep it all as long as they'd stop fighting about it. This squabbling is getting real old, real fast.
