Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick have been together for ages and have two children, but now a man named Michael Girgenti has gone to the press with a very incendiary claim: that he may be the biological father of their three-year-old son Mason!

Male model Michael Girgenti, who once posed for a photo shoot with Kourtney back in 2009, told his story to InTouch Weekly.

Girgenti claims that he and Kourtney had a tryst after working together on a shoot for 944 Magazine in March of 2009. For those doing the math, Mason was born on December 14 of that year.

Just in case anyone has questions about how babies are made, Michael gave details: “We started kissing, making out and touching each other. We were fooling around on the couch for a little while before I took her to the bedroom,” he said. “I slipped her clothes off. She helped me undress, and we fell into bed.”

According to Michael, he and Kourtney kept in touch for a short while, but after the third time they met at his apartment for a roll in the hay, she went radio silent.

While Kourtney remembers working with Michael at the photoshoot, she says the rest of his story is nothing but lies. Her lawyer responded to Michael’s claim, which even disputes the date of the photo shoot at issue.

“They did not exchange contact information,” Kourt’s lawyer said. “Since the August 20, 2008, on-set photo shoot, Kourtney never spoke with him, saw him nor met him again. Kourtney has never been alone with him, and Kourtney certainly has never physically/intimately been with Mr. Girgenti.”

As for Michael’s claim that he is Mason’s father? Her lawyer calls it, “preposterous and an outrageous lie.”

This isn’t the first time Michael has made this claim; he evidently went public soon after Mason was born. “After he was born and I saw photos of him,” Michael said, “I began to wonder.”

Three years later, he’s trying again to get a DNA test. But why? “I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he’s my kid,” Michael said. “He deserves to know his real father.”

We’re no paternity pros, so here are our two cents from our particular of expertise: No paparazzi shots of Kourtney sneaking into an apartment in Glendale, California? Puh-leeze.
