After gaining more than 45 pounds during her pregnancy with Penelope, Kourtney Kardashian is back to her pre-baby bod after giving birth in early July.

On December 13, the eldest Kardashian sister posed poolside in a bikini photoshoot, as she shared her diet and exercise tips for losing the weight in under 6 months.  

“It was harder the second time around,” admitted Kourtney, who welcomed her first child, son Mason, in 2009. Teaming up with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson (whose other clients include Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lopez, and Ashley Greene), Kourtney began 90-minute dance-intensive workouts paired with a diet heavy in lean protein and vegetable shakes.

Now the 5-foot star is down to 106 pounds, but she’s not killing herself to ditch that last bit of weight. “This time, the focus is really on being a mom and being present, knowing my priorities.”
