The Kardashian family is already hard at work filming Season 8 of their hit reality show, but not all reality TV ventures are seeing that sort of success.
Just last month, Lamar Odom’s ex-fiancée Liza Morales made her own reality TV debut on the new TLC show Starter Wives Confidential. However, it seems like Liza’s time in the spotlight is already coming to an end.
TLC has yet to make an official announcement, but cast member Monica Taylor revealed on her blog that the show has been removed from the network’s lineup. It’s not cancelled, per se, but the only way to watch future episodes is to watch them online at TLC.com.
“It’s no secret Starter Wives Confidential was plagued by legal inquiries and possible lawsuits from the beginning,” Monica writes. “Starting with Shanequa Tompkins being missing from all the episodes, her ex 50 cent allegedly had an agreement or contract with her of some sort that either prevented or made it difficult for her to partake in the show.”
Though many of the cast members seem upset to see their show cancelled so soon, Lamar’s ex seems to be trying to focus on the positive.
“We all made sacrifices...we shared our experiences...” she tweeted on February 19, “TLC put an urban cast on their network #NoRegrets #Milestone”
