The battle of Khloe Kardashian’s paternity continues! In what is beginning to sound like a bad episode of Maury, Robert Kardashian Sr.’s ex-wives, Jan Ashley and Ellen Kardashian, are relentlessly insisting that O.J. Simpson’s former defense lawyer claimed Khloe wasn’t his child.
Jan Ashley, the woman who wed the late attorney after Kris Jenner, revealed in this week’s Star that Robert confessed multiple times he wasn’t Khloe’s father.
“Khloe is not his kid — he told me that after we got married,” Ashley told Star. “He just kind of looked at me and said [it] like it was a matter of fact. He said, 'Well, you know that Khloe's not really a Kardashian, don't you?'
Both women also said Khloe would often talk about how she wasn’t a Kardashian.
Obviously, the reality TV family denies the allegations. As soon as the story broke, Kim and Khloe both tweeted about the rumor’s falseness. And on Thursday, Momager Kris Jenner hit the Good Morning America show to dismiss the gossip on-air. “It just gets weirder and weirder: I have never heard such crap in my life. I mean, I was there!” Kris told GMA.
While the whole mess is mostly a game of he-said, she-said, there is one piece of tangible evidence, and it’s in favor of the famous fam. According to documents obtained by TMZ, when Robert Kardashian Sr. was seeking to annul his marriage from Jan Ashley in 1996, he handed the judge a declaration which stating the marriage didn’t work because Jan wanted to mother his child, and he didn’t want any more kids.
In the declaration, Robert says, "I decided that since I already had four biological children, I did not wish to have any more." Let’s do the math: Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Robert make four!
