UPDATE: The whole Kardashian family — and Kim's rumored new love Kanye West — celebrated the opening of Scott Disick's new restaurant on Monday night. See photos here.
Longtime Kardashian fans may remember Scott Disick’s ambitious plan to open a restaurant in NYC. Scott’s restaurant, with the moniker RYU, will open its doors in the Big Apple tonight!
Although the New York Daily News calls it a “hush-hush” opening, the whole Kardashian krew — including Khloe’s hubby Lamar Odom and maybe even Kim’s rumored new beau, rapper Kanye West — are slated to show up to support their friend’s venture. According to Hollywood Life, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians cameras followed the family today as they prepped for the event. Located at 46 Gansevoort Street in the Meatpacking District, Scott’s eatery will serve Japanese-style cuisine to the masses.
Pregnant girlfriend Kourtney is particularly excited about her beau’s new venture. “Off to NYC to meet my family for Scott‘s restaurant opening and some fun in the city before my traveling days are over for a while,” the sassy socialite wrote on her Celebuzz blog today.
Of course, the former playboy did receive a little help along the way: According the New York Daily News, Scott collaborated with both party promoter Chris Reda and foodie Jesse Camac, VP of Operations of the Fatty Crab restaurant chain, to launch the biz.
