Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick found themselves at the center of a paternity scandal last week, when male model Michael Girgenti went to the press claiming he could be the biological father of the couple’s son Mason.
Kourtney’s lawyers called Girgenti’s assertion “preposterous and an outrageous lie,” but now OK! Magazine is reporting that Scott wants to prove once and for all that he is the father of three-year-old Mason.
“Of course, Scott will take a DNA test, just to quiet the doubters,” said an unspecified Kardashian relative.
Really? Calling it a complete lie seems pretty clear, and Scott and Kourt don't seem like the type to dignify this claim with a response, but the jury’s still out.
Girgenti claims that he and Kourtney had a tryst after working together on a shoot for 944 Magazine in March of 2009. Kourtney remembers the shoot, though her memory places it in August 2008, and says that she and Girgenti had no contact after they worked together. Mason was born in December 2009.
Even though Girgenti’s allegation seems a little far-fetched, this relative claims its still affecting the Kardashian klan. “I don’t like what this is going to do to our family,” he/she said. “I hope to god it doesn’t go to court.”
Paternity drama, anonymous “relatives” throwing shade—is this madness going to be on Keeping Up With The Kardashians? Because it’s starting to look a little more like Maury material to us.
