Kim and Justin Bieber have only themselves to blame for igniting romance rumors after they met at the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner in May 2010. After bonding at the event, they took to Twitter, where Justin referred to Kim as his "girlfriend" and Kim admitted to catching "Bieber fever." Since it was already well-known that Justin had a crush on her, Beliebers everywhere freaked out.

In the midst of the backlash, Kim tweeted, "Seriously Biebs! @JustinBieber I'm getting death threats from your fans! This is unBeliebable!!!"

Justin stepped in to calm down tweens everywhere, saying, “Ladies calm down. @kimkardashian is a friend. a very sexy friend but a friend. no need 4 threats. Let's all be friends and hang out often." What a gentleman.
