Pregnant Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Kanye West are in Paris for Fashion week, and the lovebirds aren’t afraid to show off a bit of PDA while they’re enjoying the romantic trip! Photographers spotted Kimye on their way to lunch at the Paris Palais de Tokyo on March 4, and Kanye was holding Kim’s hand pretty much the entire time!
