Kate Gosselin and Her Eight Kids Return to TV: See The Latest Clip! (VIDEO)
Love Kate Gosselin? Hate Kate Gosselin? The jury’s out for us too but that never stops us from watching every second we can of her TLC show, Kate Plus Eight. In a new clip from the rebooted series, which returns for a brief engagement this summer, we get a sneak peek of the kind of sibling drama that goes down in the Gosselin house.
It’s pretty standard stuff when it comes to brothers and sisters picking on one another. One kid says something kinda rude, hedges it with “that’s my opinion,” one thing leads to another, and all of a sudden Mom gets called in .
For anyone who’s ever seen Kate intervene in her brood’s internal warfare, you’ll know that sometimes a little motherly advice only aggravates the situation. Read up on this other preview of the show to see exactly what we mean, and hear what Kate has to say about her parenting style in the video above.
Kate, now 39, admits parenting is getting harder as the years passed. With her eight all inching toward teenagehood (twin daughters Cara and Mady are already 13) she says they’re all getting “older and smarter” while she’s “getting older, tireder, more worn out.” Sounds like the perfect recipe for drama!
Kate Plus Eight returns in a two-part special Thursday, June 19, at 10 p.m. ET and Thursday, June 26, at 10 p.m. ET on TLC.
