Katy Perry & Nicki Minaj Team Up Against Taylor Swift & Remy Ma on “Swish Swish”
On the third single from Katy Perry’s upcoming album Witness, both eccentric pop stars appear to be throwing several daggers at their reported foes, most blatantly Taylor Swift.
When recently asked by Entertainment Weekly if she’d respond to Taylor’s hit “Bad Blood,” which most considered a Katy Perry diss, the “Teenage Dream” singer replied, “There is no one thing that’s calling out any one person.”
She later slyly added, “But don’t come for me.”
Katy repeats the same line just 20 seconds into the controversial song.
Also, referring to her hypothetical adversary as a “sheep” lines up with previous tweets the singer’s shot in Taylor’s direction.

Other lyrics fans believe are aimed at Taylor’s former friend include:
“Your game is tired, You should retire, You're 'bout as cute as an old coupon, expired.”
Nicki Minaj has also had issues with Taylor in the past, making her the perfect collaborator for the pop diss.
Nicki’s line, “Silly rap beefs just get me more checks” is a clear reference to her recent problems with the "Shether" MC.
Her reference to Migos member Offset has many thinking she could possibly be taking shots at the group, or even Offset’s girlfriend and Remy’s good friend, Cardi B.
“My life is a movie, I’m never off set, Me and my amigos, no, not Offset.”
Of course, it could simply be wordplay and nothing more, as Katy recently collaborated with Migos on her first single, “Bon Appetit.”
