Katy Perry was grazin' like a dark horse during her New Year's Eve concert in Las Vegas.

TMZ got a copy of her backstage and dressing room requirements for her Caesar's Palace concert, and her catering requests are incredibly healthy. If this is really what she eats most of the time, no wonder she looks so good!

According to TMZ, Katy's backstage list included a request for fresh vegetables to be available at all times, including spinach, broccoli, celery, beets, carrots, and kale. She wanted two large baskets of fruit, and one had to be tropical. Dinner had to include a vegetarian option, and all meals had to be low-fat and health-conscious.

Her dressing room requirements reportedly included a request for organic fruit, including sliced pineapple, fresh-made guacamole and more. See the list here. She did include whole grain tortilla chips, but that's about as unhealthy as it got.

Katy's ex-husband Russell Brand was once voted PETA's sexiest vegetarian of the year and Katy followed him onto the meatless path. But in 2011 a report claimed she was struggling with the veggie lifestyle. If this list is on-point, she seems to be very OK with it.

There’s nothing wild or scandalous about Katy’s backstage requests, which may actually make them more interesting than the many over-the-top requests out there. Some celebs are almost parodies of themselves with the “diva” demands, but not Katy. It may be too healthy for our taste, but good for her!
