Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett Had a Stroke! Reality Star’s Car Crash Trauma
Back on April 20, former Playboy model and Girl Next Door Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett got in a terrifying car accident in California, head-on with another vehicle on an onramp to the 101. At the time, reports said Kendra was shaken up but not seriously injured. However, it now seems that wasn’t entirely true.
Kendra was taken to Providence Tarzana Medical Center for observation, thought to have a whiplash, and her black Audi had significant damage. But it turns out, she also had a minor stroke, which was discovered several days later when doctors examined her CT scans.
"They told her to take it easy and chill out for a couple of weeks, but she is fine," a source tells E! Online. "There is nothing to worry about." What a relief, considering shortly before the accident, the wife of Hank Baskett III quit the reality show Splash, because of her concern for personal safety.
"I'm so sorry, everybody. This is the first time in my life I've quit something. This will haunt me for the rest of my life,” Kendra told the audience.
We’re so relieved to hear that there hasn’t been any long-lasting damage, but what a shock it is to hear that our favorite workout inspiration had an even more serious incident than we could have imagined.
