Kenya Moore Sees Herself as the Future of RHoA, Thinks NeNe Leakes Is “Scared”

Ever since Kim Zolciak left Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta right after the start of the show’s fifth season, her off-again-on-again pal NeNe Leakes has been the undisputed queen of the ATL. But with the drama that relatively new cast member Kenya Moore caused at NeNe’s Pillow Talk party a few weeks back, is it possible that there’s a new queen in our midst?

Though many of Kenya’s cast members — NeNe and Phaedra Parks included — have blamed the Gone With the Wind Fabulous gal for the whole brawl, she sees it as pure jealousy and even thinks of herself as the new one to watch.

On February 9, one of Kenya’s devoted Twitter followers put forth the theory that NeNe sees Kenya as the “future of RHoA” and she’s “scared” by that. Personally, we don’t think that a broad like NeNe gets frightened or threatened by much, but we can kind of follow this logic, and so can Kenya. She replied, “Sadly the real truth.”

Despite NeNe successfully transitioning into a legitimate primetime actress (thanks to parts on Glee and the now-cancelled The New Normal) she will always be known as a Real Housewife first. Plus, her scripted television career seems to have hit a bit of a stalemate, so it’s possible that NeNe’s clinging tighter than ever onto her reality TV roots and she doesn’t like what she sees in Kenya.

But on the flipside, NeNe just announced that she’s opened her own production company, so even if the roles from Ryan Murphy are few and far between we’re sure NeNe wouldn’t mind tailoring a part for herself if she sees fit.

Do you think there’s any truth to this theory that NeNe is “scared” of Kenya and sees her as a threat? Share your thoughts below!
