Kenya recently played her ten questions game on Twitter, where she candidly answers the first ten inquiries she gets from her followers, when one of her fans wondered how she achieved her washboard tummy. Kenya wasted no time revealing her workout methods.
"Always engage your abs, you can also owe them out everyday. Lean eating too," Kenya responded.
In other words, it sounds like Kenya's secret formula is the oldest one in the book: diet and exercise. We were hoping for a miracle trick, but it sounds like Kenya likes to do things the old-fashioned way, which is probably the best idea.
One way to get Kenya's toned bod is to purchase her workout video, Booty Boot Camp. When a different Twitter follower asked where she could find the product, Kenya assured her that her DVDs are sold at both Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
Judging by Kenya's latest post on Instagram, following her routine may be a wise investment. The "Gone With the Wind Fabulous" star shared an insane picture showing off her incredible physique.
