The saga of Kenya Moore and her eviction officially came to an end back in July, and in tonight's all-new episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta (November 10), we got to see the reality star come out victorious. "I'm very happy right now," she told reporters as she left the courthouse.
But the excitement didn't stop there. The former Miss U.S.A. even took to Twitter to share her good news.
"#teamtwirl I WON my eviction case and it was vacated! We proved I didn't owe any late rent. Thanks for all your support! Moving on and up," Kenya wrote, dropping the spoiler.
Doesn't she mean moving out and up? Kenya may have proved that she didn't owe on the rent, she still had to pack up and ship out of her Atlanta six-bedroom home. Moving trucks were outside the residence the same day she went to court (and according to RadarOnline.com, that's when former landlord Conya Dillon Weems called the cops on Ms. Moore). Despite all the drama, Kenya still maintains that she moved out on her own accord.
Kenya’s lawyer has said the reality star plans to counter-sue her landlord for slander, defamation of character, and unlawful eviction. We can't wait to see how this drama unfolds during Season 6!
