Kenya Moore’s Landlord Files New Court Docs Claiming “Extreme Emotional Distress”

Another day, another chapter in the saga of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore vs. her landlord Conya Dillon. After Kenya successfully delayed the eviction until a hearing on July 9, Conya fired back with more outrageous claims against the reality star.

In new court documents filed earlier this month and obtained by RadarOnline, Conya claims that Kenya was an awful tennant who was late on her rent a whopping 15 times! Conya’s doc states that Kenya caused her “extreme emotional distress as the result of the delay [of the eviction] and malicious and intentional attacks.”

One of the “attacks” Conya is referring to is Kenya’s call in to The Wendy Williams Show earlier this month in which she called the eviction “ridiculous.” Kenya also claimed that not only has she paid Conya more than enough rent, but the only reason Conya wanted her out of the home was because she’s going through a bitter divorce. According to Conya’s motion, Kenya’s talk show appearance was purposely meant to “defame, intimidate and embarrass Plaintiff in the public.”

Defendant has utilized this [eviction] process as an attempt to maintain relevancy as a reality TV personality during the downturn of her career,” the motion continues.

Sorry, Conya, but we lost you at “downturn.” Kenya is most definitely at the top of her game these days!

As we mentioned above, Conya and Kenya will next face off in court on July 9. Do you think Conya stands a chance against our “Gone With the Wind Fabulous” gal? Weigh in below!
