Kenya Moore has a book coming out and she even has a title for it: Invisible. In fact, the upcoming read is already complete, although Kenya is unable to say exactly when her debut book will be hitting the shelves.
During a recent exchange on Twitter, when The Real Housewives of Atlanta star took followers' questions, one of her fans asked her when she was planning to release a book. Kenya revealed her news.
"I'm not sure but it has already been written. 'Invisible'," Kenya responded.
Kenya will be one of the many Real Housewives to get published, including fellow Hotlanta gals, Cynthia Bailey and Phaedra Parks, who both have nonfiction titles in the bookstores. Cynthia's is a narrative about her marriage to husband, Peter Thomas, while Phaedra's is an etiquette guide on how to behave like a Southern Belle.
Unfortunately, Kenya didn't reveal any other details about her book, but we're guessing it will also fall into the nonfiction category. There are plenty of tales for Kenya to tell based on her life, most glamorous of all, her Miss USA win in 1992, but we're thinking the subject of her book might be even more personal.
Shortly after winning the Miss USA pageant, Kenya opened up during an interview with People magazine, where she spoke about her struggles growing up with an absent mother. During the interview, Kenya remembered, "She would treat me like I was invisible."
During this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kenya also mentioned how her mother had left a void in her life.
