Khloe Kardashian’s Risky Weight Loss Plan Revealed

Khloe Kardashian has undergone a dramatic slimdown in recent months, but is the stress of heartbreak making her go too far?

While Khloe’s dress sizes continue to drop, the number of people concerned about her overly stringent diet plan grows, with members of her inner circle worrying that Khloe may be avoiding her feelings by focusing on food.

Khloe, who hasn’t been shy about showing off her success on social media, including regularly posting photos of her intense workouts to Instagram, has reportedly slashed her daily caloric intake to a dangerously low 400 calories in an attempt to slim down even further.

“She only has a small piece of chicken or a can of tuna and steamed veggies for lunch, snacking on celery until dinner when she has a protein shake and more vegetables,” says a source close to the star.

Although Khloe’s openly struggled with her weight for a number of years, friends say her decision to slim down is more closely related to her relationship drama than it is about sliding into a smaller dress size.

“She’s not in a good place,” says a pal. “Her self-esteem took such a hit when she broke up with Lamar.”
