Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Separate: Kris Jenner Seeks Kim’s Divorce Lawyer

UPDATE: According to Radar Online, earlier today Khloe Kardashian's mom Kris Jenner met with Laura Wasser, the same attorney Kim used when extricating herself from her brief union with Kris Humphries. The claim has added fuel to the fire that Khloe and Lamar Odom are really ending their four years of marriage amid rumors of Lamar cheating and using drugs. If that is indeed the sad truth and seeing as the couple hasn't made a public statement, we're not sure it is at least Khloe will have a top-notch legal team to help her through.

It looks like Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's marriage is circling the drain.

Despite recent assurances from momager Kris Jenner that Khlomar was still a united front and that the couple were not planning to split, the pair have now separated, according to TMZ. Friends of the family claim that the couple will soon be announcing their divorce, although neither party has contacted a lawyer yet.

Sources close to the couple report that the separation began earlier in the week when Khloe attempted to stage an intervention for her husband, whose alleged addiction to crack — or Oxycontin and Ambien, depending on who you ask — has been putting some understandable strain on their marriage. When Lamar refused the help, Khloe stuck to her guns and kicked him out of their home, sending friends to drop off his belongings near the hotel where he was setting up camp.

Even if Lamar does get treatment for his alleged drug problem, the couple may still want to have a chat about Lam Lam’s reported affairs with Jennifer Richardson and Polina Polonsky, which seem to be getting more salacious by the day, but with a crack problem looming large, the foot fetish stuff can probably wait.

Do you believe that Lamar is really using?
