It’s getting harder and harder to tell exactly what the status of Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s relationship is. While the reality stars seem to still be wearing their wedding rings in photo ops, the pair hasn't been seen together in months, and reports keep coming out of the woodwork about Lamar’s struggles with drug abuse and infidelity.
However, in traditional Kardashian form, Khloe continues to use social media as her preferred method of venting, sharing intimate photos and thoughts with the world during what is likely one of the most trying periods of her life.
On Sunday night, Khloe posted a photo of a lion’s face on Instagram, along with a cryptic message, which read, “Beauty is mysterious as well as terrible. God and devil are fighting there, and the battlefield is the heart.”
The words, a quote from Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s final novel, The Brothers Karamazov, which relies heavily on the themes of morality, suffering, and redemption, prompted many to wonder if she was speaking about her husband’s battles with his own demons.
While, with the exception of one profane tweet, Khloe’s kept pretty quiet about what’s going on in her relationship, it seems like she’s getting closer and closer to breaking her silence, and new reports claim that she’s getting ready to leave Lamar once Keeping Up with the Kardashians finishes filming.
Do you think Khloe is making reference to Lamar’s struggles with this message?
