While we’re sure Khloe Kardashian would rather her four-year marriage to Lamar Odom had lasted, she can at least take some comfort in the fact that she’s got excellent lawyers. Several reports on December 13 affirm that Khloe is finally filing for divorce — and due to her airtight prenup, it sounds like she’ll be pretty well set afterward.

Though Khloe is by no means a pauper, her $18 million personal wealth is significantly less than Lamar’s. The NBA star is reportedly worth as much as $100 million. However, a source familiar with the couple’s prenup tells Radar Online that the terms of the agreement could result in a boost to Khloe’s personal worth.

In addition to keeping the $4 million Tarzana home she and Lamar purchased together, as well as the gorgeous 12.5 carat ring he gave her (priced at over $1 million), “Khloe will be entitled to $500,000 for each year married to Lamar and she could petition for spousal support,” the source says, which would result in a minimum $2M payout. If she does opt for spousal support, it’d only be for a term limited to half of the length of their marriage, or two years.

And, while they didn’t make it to “‘til death do us part” Khloe will reportedly remain the sole beneficiary to a $10 million life insurance policy until Lamar parts with this mortal coil.
