The morning of May 14 brought news that Khloe Kardashian’s estranged husband, Lamar Odom, had been turned away from a club where the reality star and her rumored new boyfriend, French Montana, were dancing the night away. But could the whole sitch have been one big setup to make Lamar look like a stalker for Khloe’s show?
According to an Us Weekly source who’s friends with Lammy, that’s exactly what went down last night. In fact, “it was actually Khloé who invited Lamar to the club because she knew the E! cameras were going to be there," the pal claims, later explaining, “She wanted it to look like he was stalking her on camera.”
If that’s the case, we’re really disappointed. “She totally set him up and he is livid,” says Lamar’s friend. We would be, too. Breaking up is hard enough without being publicly humiliated. But the real question is whether this is the truth, or if Lamar’s camp is attempting to save face.
We find it hard to believe Khloe would do such a thing, and when TMZ contacted the club, Penthouse, their rep insisted it was solely the club's decision to turn Lamar away in order to avoid a "Chris Brown/Drake" situation. Tuesday morning, Khloe tweeted, “Still hurts... Maybe it always will,” which to us sounds like genuine sadness over the demise of her marriage.
We guess there’s only two people in the world who really know the truth.
Do you think Khloe would really sink so low as to set her ex up for humiliation on her show? Spout your theories in the comments!
