Kim Kardashian has certainly suffered her fair share of haters over the years, but we don’t think any of it compares to the flak she received for her weight gain. However, it doesn’t sound like the reality star is sweating it too much since giving birth to little Nori. Actually — strike that — it sounds like she sweats it plenty...at the gym. Turns out, all that haterade was a powerful motivational tool!
The curvaceous new mom revealed how she turned her haters into her personal trainers when a fan asked during the Season 9 premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians about her motivation for getting fit after giving birth. “The haters helped motivate me,” Kim responded via social network site Mobio INsider.
“Seeing every crazy thing written about me gave me motivation,” she says of the scrutiny she received in the media and on the internet. However, it wasn’t just proving her critics wrong that pushed her. Kim also just has a natural inclination to want to keep it tight.
“It’s just my personality to want to be fit, not be lazy,” she explains, adding that her choice of a low-carb diet was a big help in reaching her goals. “I’m glad I found the Atkins diet, which was a challenge (any diet is), but this was the easiest diet I researched, so it allowed me to lose weight fast and not starve.”
Sounds like Kim has some healthy attitudes toward both weight loss and internet trolls!
