Radar Online reports that Kim and Kanye — who are rumored to be getting married on May 24 — plan to force wedding guests to sign strict confidentiality agreements. This will prevent guests from discussing any wedding details with the media. Aw, isn't romance beautiful?
In addition, cell phones will be strictly prohibited, and any phones discovered during the ceremony will be confiscated by security. Uh, is this a wedding or a middle-school classroom?
"Guests will have to go through extensive security, even most of Kim and Kanye’s celebrity friends," says a source. "Mobile devices will be held at a secure location, and if someone needs to use during the festivities, accommodations will be made, but a long way away from the festivities." Apparently, Kim and Kanye felt burned that footage of their proposal ended up online and are preventing that from happening here.
But if guests want an everlasting memory of the big day, they're in luck! Wedding photos will be for sale, not to mention that the nuptials will air on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Phew! We were worried that the family wouldn't find a way to profit from the wedding.
The only two people who will reportedly not be forced to sign the agreement will be Beyonce and Jay-Z, as Kanye trusts them not to blab. However, Kanye may be out of luck, as Jay and Bey are rumored to be turning down the wedding invite if the ceremony is going to be taped for the show.
Are you surprised that Kim and Kanye are being so strict about confidentiality?
