Kim Kardashian’s wedding countdown is officially upon us, and it looks like she’s kicked her workouts into high gear in preparation for her big day.
Kim, who gained an estimated 50 pounds while pregnant with daughter North West, is clearly clocking lots of time at the gym, and she’s got the washboard abs to prove it!.
The bride-to-be showed off her whittled midsection on Instagram, along with the caption, “Just finished my morning workout.”
While diet has certainly played a role in Kim’s dramatic slim-down — she’s admitted to eschewing carbs in favor of lean protein and vegetables as part of the Atkins diet, which she’s been following since shortly after North’s birth — it’s obvious that she’s been giving her abs some extra attention during her daily trips to the gym.
Kim’s trainer, Tracy Anderson, who has also transformed the bodies of clients like Cameron Diaz, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Jennifer Aniston, made note of Kim’s easy-going attitude in the months after North arrived.
“Kim is taking as much time as she wants to just be with the baby," said Tracy. "She's not even concerned with working out. Kim is amazing as a mom, she's so connected. I knew when I was training her she would be a great mom. She was concerned with all the right things."
