It’s no secret that the Kardashian family is used to a life of luxury, but the recent demands Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian have reportedly been putting on Long Island locals while filming Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons have been making everyone involved see red.
The goodwill toward the reality stars is reportedly wearing thin, thanks to the outrageous requests the girls have supposedly made while shooting in the New York enclave.
“Before they go to a store they have someone from their production team call the store and say that they will give them 24-hour notice when they are coming to shop at their establishments so that they can close their shop for them. They also neglected to mention they are traveling with television cameras, crews, and photographers,” a local reveals to RadarOnline.com.
While there may be some hostility toward the stars, others have expressed their gratitude for the business Kourtney and Khloe are bringing to the area. Among the pro-Kardashian fans is landlord Irma Herzog, who reportedly gave them free rent for their DASH boutique in exchange for the girls filming scenes in her adjacent restaurant.
Local toy store owner Roy Stevenson also revealed he’s got nothing but love for the sisters, who recently filmed in his shop. “Why can’t the Kardashians buy presents for their kids?” asked the entrepreneur, who added that the pair picked up a wide selection of merchandise and were “not disruptive.”
