Kim Kardashian has one of the most enviable bods on earth. These days, however, it seems the new mom is of the opinion that there’s still plenty of room for improvement.
While the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star more than bounced back after giving birth to daughter North 14 months ago, she’s working overtime to lose even more weight by enduring hours of intense, fat-busting workouts.
Joey Gonzales, a trainer at Barry’s Bootcamp in Sherman Oaks, California, says that Kim has been hitting the gym regularly and giving it her all with their calorie-incinerating workouts, which can burn up to 1,000 calories in a single session.
“We focus on different areas of the body each day and Kim has been frequenting every class to make sure that she gets a full-body workout,” says Joey.
Despite her impressive body transformation, Kim lamented her post-baby shape on Twitter earlier this week, insisting that carbs and complacency had left her with another 20 pounds to shed. Whatever you say, Kim!
