From TV shows to nail polish, video games to clothing, nearly everything Kim Kardashian puts her name on turns to gold. Unfortunately, that wasn’t exactly the case with her single, “Jam (Turn it Up).”

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians, who released the nasal club track, produced by The Dream, on iTunes in 2011, now says that her foray into the music biz was her greatest mistake to date. During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Kim told host Andy Cohen, “I don’t like it when people kind of dabble into things they shouldn’t. And that I don’t think I should have. Like, what gave me the right to think I could be a singer? Like, I don’t have a good voice.”

While Kim has some fond memories of the song and accompanying video — most of which are related to her decision to give the proceeds to pediatric nonprofit St. Jude Children’s Hospital — she still admits that it’s the one showbiz-related thing she wishes she hadn’t done.

We don’t think Kim should beat herself up too much over her lack of musical talent, but we’re still pretty glad this means there isn’t a full-length album in her future!

Do you think Kim is right to consider her singing career a mistake? Sound off in the comments!
