Kim Zolciak on Plans For Baby #7 & Kroy’s Post-NFL Career — Exclusive
The Zolciak-Biermanns may have an already-full household, with six kids and a number of pets, but that doesn’t mean they’re done adding to it!
As we’ve already seen so far on Don’t Be Tardy’s fifth season, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are starting to wonder if another child is in their future. And months later, she tells Wetpaint they’re still considering it — there are just a few obstacles in the way.
“Kroy’s always down for it… he’s just had a vasectomy so it’s not as easy as it was,” the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum tells us. “We’d have to make some changes.”
In addition to the vasectomy having to be reversed — which would be contingent on his still up-in-the-air football schedule — Kim admits there’s also the issue of aging.
“I’m the only one who’s really getting older,” the 38-year-old says, referring to the age difference between herself and her 31-year-old husband.
Because of that, she teases we may be seeing her freeze her eggs on the Bravo series this season. Plus, she also reveals the couple are “not opposed” to adoption as a possibility as well.
The main reason they’re even thinking about another baby, she explains, is because of how busy they were with filming and football while sons KJ, 5, Kash, 4 and 2-year-old twins, Kaia and Kane, were born.
“We just dream sometimes about having a baby and hanging out and not filming everything,” she states.
“If it never happened, I’m totally content and happy. I don’t have a burning desire to do it. But I want to have the option.”
Things are pretty up-in-the-air for the couple right now anyway, after Kroy was recently cut from the Buffalo Bills and is now a free agent looking for a new NFL team.
Kim hopes he doesn’t have to retire just yet, explaining he “prefers to play football until it’s just too much physically.” However, once he does, she has some ideas for what he might do next.
“I think he would be the most incredible coach,” she gushes. “I watched him teach the boys how to ride a bike, how to golf, how to hit a ball. It’s insane. His ability to teach is incredible.”
Another idea? Sports broadcasting, something she says the “well-spoken” athlete would be a natural fit for. Plus, can’t beat those more flexible hours, right?
We’ll have to wait and see what happens next for the pair, but in the meantime, check out an exclusive clip of tonight’s episode of Don’t Be Tardy below!
Don’t Be Tardy airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo.
