Depending on whom you ask, Myla Sinanaj was either Kris Humphries’s casual acquaintance or girlfriend earlier this year. But one thing is certain: Sinaj is currently in NYC right now, where she’s being deposed as part of Kris’s ongoing divorce battle with estranged wife Kim Kardashian.

But are either Kim or Kris in the room with her? (That’d be awkward.) Fortunately, Wetpaint Entertainment can report neither is at the deposition — because neither of them has to be.

“Only their attorneys actually have to be at the deposition,” a Kim source tells Wetpaint Entertainment. “They’ll both take turns questioning her.”

They must have a lot of questions. Although Myla’s deposition started first thing this morning, we’re told she’s still in there!
