Khloe Kardashian Distraught Over Stepdaughter’s Depression, Self-Harm

Khloe Kardashian is determined to help her stepdaughter Destiny after learning the extent of the 14-year-old’s depression, which includes a history of cutting herself, according to Star magazine via Radar Online.

“I feel as If I am drowning in my own emotions, and I have no home to save me,” Destiny tweeted in January. When a follower asked when she most recently cut herself and how often she did so, Destiny responded, “Tonight and I don’t count.”

Destiny, who is Lamar Odom’s daughter with ex-fiancée Liza Morales, has reportedly felt more and more isolated in recent months. Not only does she not spend as much time as she’d like with Khloe and Lamar, she isn’t seeing her mother, who is currently starring on TLC’s Starter Wives Confidential, as much as usual.

In light of all this, a source told Star, “Khloe has made a real effort to develop a strong relationship with Destiny.”
